The Meanderer's roll this Saturday, Apr 27th from Whitehouse at 9a. Meet up across the street from Cycle Werks so that we can adventure out for a 25-mile tour out to Waterville & Providence Dam. Bring hydration and a snack for our rest stop break. Meanderer's meander so you can expect rolling speeds of up to 15-17mph and an average that will fall somewhere between 13-15mph for this NO DROP ride. Pace is set by the abilities of the group that gathers!

It's month end, so that means we head over to one of the local eateries for a post ride bite. I think I saw some rain in the forecast for Saturday morning, we will just head over the the local eatery early if we do cancel the ride for the weather. Hope you'll try to come out and join us!!

    To all TAB members,

We wanted to inform you that a PHISHING attempt from someone impersonating one of the Executive Board Members was sent to the MARR email address asking for funds to be sent via Venmo or Ca$hApp to one of the vendors that maintains our website. The email was somewhat convincing in that it referenced other members of the Board. They promised that whoever sent the funds would be reimbursed.

Please know, that NO ONE from TAB, either the Executive Board, any of the Ride Captains or Ride Leaders will ever attempt to directly solicit funds from any other member of TAB for the purpose of club upkeep (other than the normal membership fees). If anyone receives an email or DM asking for help sending money via a money transfer service, or to purchase gift-cards, or any other number of ways to transfer funds, PLEASE DO NOT respond to them. Please notify any member of the TAB Leadership Team, or our IT Services Director, Sarah Lee.

    Regards,

    David Barret

Hey everyone, just a reminder that the TAB Executive Board meeting is tonight, THU 1/04/24 @ 18:30 at the Walbridge MetroPark Shelter House (2801 Broadway St, Toledo, OH 43609). TAB members are always welcome (and encouraged) to attend and participate in discussions relating to the club.

Tonight's topic will be about the upcoming ride season with an emphasis on Ride Leader duties. ALL ride leaders are encouraged to attend tonight's meeting to offer input. ALSO... we're experiencing a shortage of Ride Leaders for many of the regular club rides. If anyone is interested in either stepping up to this role, or at least offering to be an alternate when the primary is unavailable, please plan on attending tonight's meeting. The Thursday "5fer" is still in need of a Ride Captain with Joe P. stepping down. Anyone interested in taking on this responsibility, please know Joe will be available to assist you as you become familiar with the various duties. It's not a complicated role. Just needs someone who can dedicae a little time planning each week's ride.

Hope to see many of you at tonight's meeting!

    At your service,

    David J. Barret
