The mission of Toledo Area Bicyclists, Inc. is to provide a safe and enjoyable group cycling experience for bicyclists in NW Ohio and SE Michigan; to promote safe cycling practices and group riding techniques; and to educate both cyclists and motorists about their respective rights and responsibilities.
