    Speedtrap Ride Tuesday May 25th

The Speedtrap Ride, one of America’s great Tuesday night rides, will once again leave Spoke Life Cycles in Elmore Tuesday, May 25th, at 6:30 pm.

Scott Lang will lead the Ghost Pepper Riders. Are you ready for a 22+ mph average?!!

Bob Kayden should be back to lead the Cayenne Pepper Riders, at a slightly slower pace, around 21 mph.

Doug Kilpatrick, who leads multiple rides during the week, will lead the Habanero Riders at 19 – 20 mph.

Hopefully I’ll be ready to join the Jalapeno Riders at a 15 – 17 mph average.

(May need a substitute one more week).

If anyone would like to ride at an even slower pace, we will form the Sweet Pepper Riders.

Temperatures at ride time will be in the upper 80s, with little chance of rain. There will be a SW wind of 15 mph, but it should make most of the return ride to Elmore enjoyable.

After the ride, several riders may gather in front of the bike shop for music,  drink, and good conversation!

Why not come out to Elmore for something different and enjoy the fun!

Sign-in begins at 6:00 pm. I hope to see you then.

    Speedtrap Ride Tuesday May 18th

The Speedtrap Ride will once again roll out from Spoke Life Cycles in Elmore, Ohio, tomorrow, May 18th, at 6:30 pm. The weather will be relatively favorable for riding with a temperature at ride time in the mid to low 70s, a 7 – 9 mph east wind, and practically no chance of rain.

Scott Lang will once again lead the Ghost Pepper Riders over a 25-mile course. Expect his group to average 22+ mph. Are you up to the challenge?!

Bob Kayden will lead the Cayenne Pepper Riders over the same course at a slight slower pace, 20 – 22 mph.

Douglass Kilpatrick will lead the Habanero riders. Expect his group to average around 19 mph

I expect to lead the Jalapeno Riders over a slightly shorter 22-mile route at 15 – 17 mph. However, because of health issues, I MAY need someone to volunteer to do this for one more week.

Todd Pollock will lead the Sweet Pepper Riders on a course and at a speed agreeable to the group.

The Speedtrap Ride is an excellent ride to meet some great people, as it is a joint venture of TAB and the Flatlanders. Why not come out and enjoy something different. Sign-in begins at 6:00. I hope to see you then!
