Back for 2019, one of our most popular regular rides, our Tuesday Night Ladies ONLY Rides! Featuring four rotating routes, rides will go approximately 18-25 miles, and happen most Tuesday nights from May to August. The rides are open to female riders of all ability levels and riding styles; please invite family and friends to join us! Julie is your ride leader, and excited to be riding with you!

The four rotating rides include:

* Ride the loop - 25 mile route around the Wabash-Cannonball Trail loop
* Ride the Oaks - 20 mile route through Oak Openings
* Ride the Rapids - 20 mile route to Grand Rapids for ice cream
* Ride to the Idiot - 18 mile route to the Village Idiot in Maumee for food

Ride the Loop Route Description

The "Ride the Loop" route is approximately 25 miles from CycleWerks Whitehouse on the South Fork of the Cannonball-Wabash Trail to the North Fork connector, then County Rd. 1 back to the South Fork and CycleWerks Whitehouse. The stretch on County Rd. 1 will be about 5 miles of riding on the road.

Ride the Oaks Route Description

The "Ride the Oaks" route is approximately 18 miles from CycleWerks Whitehouse, North on Obee Rd. through Oak Openings on Oak Openings Pkwy., then North on County Rd 1 to Monclova Rd., turning East onto Keener Rd. before getting on the South Fork of the Wabash-Cannonball Trail back to CycleWerks Whitehouse.

Ride the Rapids Route Description

The "Ride the Rapids" route is approximately 18 miles from CycleWerks Whitehouse West on the South Fork of the Cannonball-Wabash Trail then South on Jeffers Rd. to River Rd. (Old US24) across the bridge into downtown Grand Rapids Ohio and our destination - Rita’s Dairy Bar for ice cream before returning back to CycleWerks Whitehouse via the same route.

Ride to the Idiot Route Description

The "Ride to the Idiot" route is approximately 20 miles from CycleWerks Whitehouse West on the South Fork of the Cannonball-Wabash Trail to Fallen Timbers, then cutting through Sidecut Metropark to River Rd. into downtown Maumee Ohio and our destination - The Village Idiot for food and beverages before returning back to CycleWerks Whitehouse via the same route.

Please note that for rides after dark, a Toledo Metroparks "After Hours Special Use Permit" is required. This permit grants riders permission to use the Wabash-Cannonball Trail after dark. Permits are free of charge, and are mailed directly to you via Metroparks Toledo. See below for the link to the "After Hours Special Use Permit" Application for the Wabash-Cannonball Trail. As this permit is mandatory for participation, please be sure to complete and submit the application prior to your first ride.

Additionally, as rides continue after dusk, headlights and taillights are also required to safely enjoy the rides. Reflective clothing and gear is also recommended. All three CycleWerks locations carry a wide array of lights and reflective products for purchase.
