Speedtrap Ride Tuesday, May 25th recap
Thirty-eight cyclists came to Elmore last night, on a warm, and windy, evening, for the Speedtrap Ride.
Scott Lang led the Ghost Pepper Riders and reported a 23.1 mph average.
Bob Kayden reported 21.1 mph for his Cayenne Pepper Riders.
The Habanero Riders, led by Doug Kilpatrick, had a 20.5 mph average.
Todd Pollock’s Jalapeno Riders reported 17.7 mph.
Becky Kayden, her friend Audrey, and Johnny on his trike, took an easy ride to Lindsay and back on the trail.
Pictured is David St. Louis, whose first Speedtrap Ride was actually two weeks ago,
but I didn’t get his picture then.
After the ride, several gathered in front of the bike shop for over an hour for music, drink, and good conversation.
Please join us next Tuesday, June 1st, for the next Speedtrap Ride. The Speedtrap Ride is a joint venture of TAB and the Flatlanders, and it’s a great way to meet some people you might not ordinarily ride with. Why not come out and join us!
Sign-in begins at 6:00pm! I hope to see you then.
