 Appetizer: Fresh vegetables with dill dip
 Menu: House salad, roll & butter, Entree choice of vegetarian lasagna or roasted top round of beef with cabernet demi, side dishes of potato au gratin, rice pilaf, green beans amandine and maple glazed baby carrots.
 Beverage: Choice of coffee, iced tea or water
 Dessert:       Cheesecake with mixed berries

Our guest speaker will be Tom Hinkle from the Bicycle Museum of America in New Bremen, OH.  Tom was born and raised in Cincinnati and went to BGSU.  He studied early childhood education and was a teacher for over 30 years.  Cycling has been a hobby of his for most of his life.  Expect Tom to give us an interesting perspective on the history of bicycles.
